At OzCharge, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to receive a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Garments

  Carefully place the unworn items with original tags into the shipping bag or a similar protective mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at a local collection point, keeping your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
